> This price applies to the sale of the next 10 new memberships.
> The same price also applies to any resale of existing memberships within the same time frame.

Each and every membership shall entitle the holder to the following benefits and rights in perpetuity.
1. The option to reserve, at 80% of the published full fare, 2 places - on behalf of any individuals of one's choosing - on any and all scheduled tours operated by Magic Carpet Catamarans (a.k.a. The operator)- or it's associated operators and subsidiaries - in any and all locations - anywhere on the planet.
2. The right to demand, at any time, the earliest possible resale of his or her membership - at the price posted on our web site - at the time of sale.
All parties agree to abide by the following guidelines:
> Demand for memberships will be met by alternating the sale of 2 new memberships with the resale of
1 existing membership - as and when instructed by any member.
> All membership fees, less a 20% deduction for administrative costs of Caribbean Catamaran Adventure Tours, are to be transferred to The operator in a timely manner and utilized solely for upgrading and expanding the facilities enjoyed by the members and other guests.
> Members will be provided with a secret membership # - in order to identify themselves when making reservations. Confirmed reservations may be made by e mail or by phone - during designated hours. For tours scheduled within a week, a reservation by phone followed by confirmation by e mail - including guest names is recommended - to avoid conflict with other reservations. Members shall retain their 20% commissions and remaining portions shall be provided in cash by the guest to the operator before boarding.
> It is strongly suggested that guests check directly with Caribbean Catamaran Adventure Tours, well ahead of their scheduled tour to ensure that their reservations have been confirmed
> Guest names may be changed (by the member) by phone or e mail no later then 1 hour prior to boarding time. All members and guests must provide valid identification on boarding Up to date tour schedules with current prices and number of places available will be provided on Caribbean Catamaran Adventure Tours' web site.
> Compensation for the cancellation by the operator of any scheduled tour, for whatever reason, shall comprise and be limited to the prompt refund of all payments received by the operator or the application of such payments to subsequent tours - in accordance with the members request.
> Ground transfers are not included in the tour price. However ground transport can be arranged by the operstor for those who wish.
> The operator may transfer and/or expand their assets and operations to any location on the planet at any time.
> All fish caught are the property of The operator. However, a complimentary "gift pack" of prepared fish will be provided for those who wish.
> Should the actions of any member be determined, by the officers of Caribbean Catamaran Adventure Tours, to be detrimental to the company and/or to other members, the officers of the company may take appropriate measures - including the forfeiture of memberships. In such cases, the offending members will be compensated for the loss of any and all memberships by a financial settlement - equal to and limited to the current published membership price at the time of forfeiture.
